          Rental Program Policies

  • No Deposit and No Credit Check Required On Core Rentals  
    • *(Exclusions apply: Piccolo, Double French Horn, Bassoon, Bari Sax)  
  • For advanced Step-Up instruments, a three-month down payment and a credit check are necessary.  
  • Contact our store for further details.

**Early Pay-Off Discount**

  • Pay off your instrument early and receive a discount of 20-30% on your remaining balance (discount varies by instrument).  
  • To take advantage of this offer, call Veritas at 1-800-578-9724.  
    • Note: Paying off the instrument terminates the LDW (Loss/Damage Waiver), making you responsible for all future repairs and replacements.

          Repair information

  • **Loaner Instruments and Insurance Coverage**
  • All rentals come with LDW (Loss/Damage Waiver) insurance, which covers all necessary repairs to the body of the rented instrument.  
    • Note: Accessories such as mouthpieces, ligatures, MPC caps, end plugs, straps, strings, etc., are not covered by insurance.  
  • Loaner instruments are available while your instrument is being repaired, provided your account is current. Parents must call the day before your school’s delivery day to arrange for a loaner. To find out your school’s delivery day, click [schedule coming soon]  
  • In the event of loss or theft (with a police report), the instrument will be replaced at no extra cost, though monthly payments will adjust according to the value of the replacement instrument.

**Exchanges and Upgrades**

  • You can exchange any student-line instrument for another student-line instrument at any time, with up to 12 months of equity transferring.  
  • Student-line instruments can be upgraded to a new or semi-professional (Step-Up) instrument, with full equity transferring over.  
  • Exchanges must be approved by your student’s Band/Orchestra director.

**Return Anytime**

  • There are no cancellation fees.  
  • Your payment obligation ends only when the instrument is returned to our store location.  
  • Instruments must be returned to our store. Alternatively, you can call Veritas at 1-800-578-9724 to request a shipping return box.
